Refund Policy

Digital products

BrilSheet products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, so purchases are generally final once the sheet link has been sent.

When we do refund

• A sheet: within 7 days, if our support cannot make it work for you.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

Hire an Expert is a quoted service; what can be refunded is agreed in the quote before work starts.

How to request a refund

Product payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Refunds for those purchases are issued through Polar.

Email support@brilsheet.com within the window above, with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
